JOB DESCRIPTION
- Able to work at Puchong Gateway, Selangor
- Competency in Microsoft application including Word, Excel, Powerpoint, PDF, and Outlook email
- Assist in office general administration tasks and human resource
- Responsible to record and update for monthly staff payroll, staff claims, bills, expenses, statutory payments, ie EPF, SOSCO, EIS, INSURANCE
- Ensure renewal of business licences, like MOF, CIDB, company vehicle road tax, insurance, etc are processed on time
- Perform data entry for invoices, payment vouchers (disbursement /expenses / purchase & etc) and receipts into ABSS Accounting software
- To prepare bank reconciliation statements, general journal and ensure account receivable, account payable are always up to date.
- To comply with applicable legal and other requirements
- Training is provided
REQUIREMENTS
- Candidate must possess at least Diploma or Degree in Accounting / Finance / Business Studies
- At least 1 year experience in related field
- Experience in ABSS software will be added advantage
- Required language : English, Bahasa Malaysia
- Good attitude and personality, work with aggressive attitude.
- Independent & reliable
- Able to start work immediately will be an advantage
- Possess own transport
