Admin Assistant

  • Job Description:

1. Perform the daily accounting operational duties such as account receivable, account payable, payments verification and general ledger entries.
2. Ensure all accounting records are accurately updated and maintained in the accounting system.
3. Ensure compliance with company policies for accounting systems, practices, controls, and procedures.
4. Perform rental collections, payments and credit related activities.
5. To key in accounts related transactions into accounting report.
6. Provide support on daily accounting tasks.
7. To handle correspondence with tenants, landlords and suppliers.
8. Process invoices accurately and efficiently.
9. Maintain organized filing systems, both physical and digital.
10. To undertake any and all others duties and responsibilities as assigned by Superior.

  • Requirement:
  1. Candidate must possess at least a SPM/ STPM/ A Level/ Diploma/ Degree in any discipline.
  2. At least 1-year experience in similar industry i.e., Administrative/ Customer Service/ Property Management/ Real Estate/ Property Developer.
  3. FRESH GRADUATES are encouraged to apply.
  4. Proficient in Mandarin, English & Bahasa Malaysia.
  5. Proficient in Microsoft Excel and knowledge of SQL Accounting software is advantageous.
