Procurement Assistant (Administrator)

  • RM 3,000 – RM 4,000 per month

Job Description

  • Responsible for material procurement approval, inquiry, and price comparison work.
  • Manage, arrange, keepsake procurement related emails, seals, contracts and documents.
  • Coordinate with project site’s procurement department.
  • Assisting in generating data reports, liaising with relevant department between Malaysia and China.
  • Go to project sites as required for inspections.
  • Able to complete other task assigned by leaders.
  • Working hours: Monday to Saturday 8: 30am-12:00pm; 14:00-18:00
  • Lunch provided

Job Requirements

  • Fluent in Mandarin, English and Malay.
  • Education Level: must possess at least an Undergraduate and above relevant qualification.
  • Fresh graduates are also encouraged to apply.
  • Proficient in Mircosoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
