SUMMARY:
The Business Development Personnel is a key influence in the organization, you will be responsible to develop new business to exceed sales targets and achieve sales growth objectives in line with Business Objectives and ensure Customer Satisfaction with service levels above expectations.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Responsible for prospecting and identifying decision makers and influencers, setting appointments, conducting sales presentations face to face and liaising directly with prospects on an ongoing basis.
- Develop and maintain strong customer relationships, demonstrating the value and the benefits of dealing with MCC, achieving customer satisfaction and ensuring sales budgets are exceeded. Being 100% responsible for the Customers’ satisfaction.
- Coordinate new project with the internal team effectively to deliver to customers’ expectations
- Undertake regular communication to maintain current knowledge of all key activities, opportunities or issues
- Continually promotes & builds MCC’s reputation in the marketplace, in a manner consistent with the company’s mission statement.
- Comply with quality procedures and observe the company’s share values daily internal relationships.
- To ensure all actions & behavior are consistent with the companies values and contribute to the positive MCC culture and professional customer relationships.
- Maintain the new customers by adopting a defined Key Account Management model.
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
- Degree or Diploma in Sales and Marketing and has good business acumen.
- Minimum 5 years working in Sales and Marketing environment within a B2B business context.
- Experience within the packaging / printing / label industry is deemed highly favorable.
- Has high sales potency approach to the overall business – exhibiting resourcefulness, think out of the box mentality, techno-commercial driven, problem solving and analytical skill.
- Compulsory linguistic proficiency includes Bahasa Malaysia and English.
- Travel within Malaysia extensively (allowance shall be granted).
