Key Responsibilities
- Responds to the store requests from the system, Service Channel.
- Handle daily request from the store from email and chat.
- Daily administrative and clerical tasks, e.g. following up maintenance schedule, working permit, security engagement for night work, issuance of PR | PO, invoicing and payment follow up.
- Track status or work completion and maintenance or any adhoc work.
- Communicating with the suppliers/ work closely with landlords to check the permit status.
- Input data for stores’ power consumption into system.
- To maintain efficient and proper filing systems for incoming & outgoing.
- Any other ad-hoc tasks and assignment when required.
Key Requirements
- Diploma/ Degree in any related discipline.
- Minimum 2-3 years of work experience in facility management.
- Understanding to the building/ facilility management process/ construction or upgrading process.
- Strong time management skills and organizational skills [sense of urgency].
- Being able to work well with others in a participative management environment, working independently as well as working on a team.
- Ability to work with commitment and able to be on standby during weekend | public holiday to support on store maintenance issue.
- Ability to work independently and solve problems quickly and efficiently.
- Capable to think beyond and work independently.
- Ability to prioritize and organize own workload, able to work under pressure and deadlines.
- Coordination and maintain up to date repair related report.
- Working knowledge of facilities related matters, able to solve related problem with minimum assistance.
