Job Scope
- Chat Support: Provide timely responses to customer inquiries via chat, ensuring a positive customer experience.
- Order Assistance: Help customers with placing orders, tracking shipments, and providing updates as needed.
- Returns and Refunds: Manage the entire returns and refunds process, including issuing return instructions, processing refunds, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Complaint Management: Address and resolve customer complaints via chat, email and phone call.
- Update Inventory: Regularly update inventory levels in the system to reflect current stock availability and ensure accurate stock counts.
- Monitor Stock Levels: Continuously monitor stock levels to ensure optimal inventory levels are maintained and prevent stockouts or overstock situations.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certification in customer service is a plus.
- Proven experience in a customer service role, preferably in a food & beverage industry
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Positive attitude and a strong commitment to customer satisfaction.
