Job Description
Tumasek Pewter is currently seeking for an Office Administration and Human Resources Assistant. The details of this position are listed as follow:
Responsibilities:
- Office Administrative Works such as payment of company utilities bills, banking transactions, application of business licenses,
- Human Resources duties such as processing employee salary, leave, permit applications.
- Issuing on company invoices & bills.
Requirements:
- Diploma or Degree in Business Administration or Human Resources or other related discipline.
- No formal working experience is required. Aptitude and keenness to work is preferred.
- Fresh Graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Good communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Knowledge and experience in MS-office suites is preferred.
- Candidate with relevant working experience but without the above qualification is encouraged to apply.
Remuneration Package:
- Starting Basic salary range from RM 2,500.00 to RM 3,000.00 that commensurate with work experience and qualifications.
- Employer’s contribution to Employee’s EPF, SOSCO and EIS.
Work Place:
- 5 days week, Monday to Friday (8.30 am to 5.30 pm).
- Office in Taman Kepong, 52100 Kuala Lumpur.
Job Training:
- Work process and procedures will be provided in-house.
- Training will be provided to familiarize with the company’s HR 2000 HR System and Autocount Accounting System.
- Will be sent to HRDF job training and seminar to upgrade employee knowledge and skill.
