Job Responsibilities:
- Preparation of Delivery Order and Invoicing to Customers/Supplier.
- To maintain and upkeep documentation with proper filling/archiving
- To assist warranty engineer for engine registration, machine registration and warranty claim process.
- To assist technical support engineer for commissioning acceptance certificate, commissioning claim and training certification.
- To generate Purchase Order to Terberg supplier and dealers.
- To assist engineer for parts shipment/logistics arrangement.
- To undertake any special assignment as and when required by management.
Job Requirements:
- Diploma in Administration and Operation Management.
- Ability to communicate well, responsible, mature and independent.
- Familiar with Microsoft Office.
- Knowledge of a third language other than Bahasa Malaysia and English is an added advantage.
