Kaimirra specializes in the retail & online sale of Meteorite and Ammolite gemstones, as well as jewelry. We are passionate about providing unique, high-quality products to our customers and are seeking a dedicated Operations Executive to join our team to assist in day-to-day office operations, supporting the overall workflow and contributing to an organized, efficient workplace. This includes handling operations administrative tasks and coordinating with various departments to ensure that business operations run smoothly. The role will involve liaising with internal teams, suppliers, and external partners to maintain effective communication and operational continuity across all aspects of the business.
Key Responsibilities
- Operational Oversight:
- Manage all aspects of daily operations, including production, inventory management, and quality assurance, to ensure smooth workflow and timely delivery of products.
- Monthly Reporting and Analysis:
- Prepare detailed monthly reports on operational performance, sales, and inventory
- Consignment Sales Management:
- Ensuring timely and accurate reporting and stock management for consigned products.
- Track consigned inventory and manage reconciliations.
- Stock Management :
- Monitor stock levels and manage replenishment needs.
- Conduct regular inventory checks and ensure accurate record-keeping.
- Jewelry Maintenance:
- Coordinate regular maintenance and quality checks for jewelry items.
- Ensure high standards of product presentation.
- Event Organization:
- Assist in planning and execution of event or expo participation by the company which includes, logistics, manpower & security etc
- Coordinate promotional events and activities to drive sales.
- Finance Coordination:
- Collaborate with the finance team to ensure accurate sales reporting and financial reconciliation, addressing discrepancies as needed
- Team Liaison:
- Collaborate with the marketing team to align promotional strategies with inventory availability and sales goals, and work with the retail team to optimize operational processes and systems.
Qualifications
- Minimum SPM/Diploma holder in any fields.
- Good accuracy in working with figures and calculations.
- Computer literate, proficiency in intermediate to advanced Excel.
- Candidate with 2 years of relevant working experience.
- Knowledge of gemstones, minerals, or meteorites is a plus.
- Experience in inventory management and POS systems
- Well-organised, meticulous, trustworthy, and able to perform effectively under pressure.
- Able to start work immediately or within a short notice period.
