Job Description:
- Developing and implementing Supply Chain strategies to meet the company requirement.
- Managing daily purchasing / store / inventory activities, supervising staff, and allocating tasks to ensure the operation is smooth.
- Managing supplier relations and negotiating contracts, pricing, timelines and others.
- Maintaining the supplier database, purchase records, and related documentation in system and make sure up to date.
- Coordinating with inventory control to determine and manage inventory needs.
- Ensuring that all raw material items are meet the required quality standards and specifications.
- Preparing cost estimates and managing budgets of purchasing.
- Working to improve purchasing systems and standard operation processes (SOP).
- Training new employees in the Supply Chain process & system.
Requirement:
- Candidate must possess at least Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in Business Studies/Administration/Management or equivalent.
- Required language(s): Mandarin, English, Bahasa Malaysia
- At least 3-5 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Preferably specialized in Purchasing/Inventory/Material & Warehouse Management or equivalent.
