Accounts Assistant & Admin (Finance) – Fresh graduates welcomed

  • Prepare and ensure that Invoices to our clients are completed and sent on a timely basis
  • Follow up on Accounts Receivable status with our clients
  • Check and process payment for our suppliers’ invoices are made timely and accurately
  • Manage Accounts Payable inquiries from our suppliers
  • Reconciliation of our project billings as well as costs and expenses
  • Compile report of respective projects’ P&Ls every month
  • Ensure compliance with internal audit / control regulations
  • Provide ad hoc admin support relating to finance, office administrative, and projects

Requirements :

  • Degree/ Diploma in Finance or Accounting
  • Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply for this role
  • Familiar with BTL marketing services
  • Experience working in Marketing industry would have a distinct advantage
  • Good communication skill, positive minded, good team spirit, ability to multitasks and meticulous
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment and adaptable to dynamic situations
