ADMIN WAREHOUSE CLERK

  • RM 2,200 – RM 3,200 per month

Job Responsibilities:

 1. Warehouse Operations & Administration:

  • Support warehouse activities such as receiving and dispatching materials, maintaining warehouse cleanliness, and conducting physical inventories.
  • Perform administrative tasks related to warehouse and logistics operations.

 2. Inventory Management:

  • Keep accurate records of inventory levels, including receiving, storing, and tracking product movements.
  • Enter all data related to incoming and outgoing shipments into the warehouse management system.
  • Assist with cycle counts and inventory audits, and prepare inventory reports.

3. Operational Support:

  • Ensure daily warehouse operations run smoothly by coordinating adequate manpower for various tasks.
  • Handle material loading and unloading for container shipments, both for imports and export

4. Logistical Coordination:

  • Work with the shipping department to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment.
  • Create shipping labels and prepare necessary shipping documents.

5. Customer Service & Communication:

  • Greet and direct visitors appropriately.
  • Professionally handle phone calls and manage incoming mail and courier deliveries.

6. Warehouse Maintenance:

  • Maintain a clean and safe working environment in the warehouse, ensuring proper functioning of tools, facilities, and equipment.

7. Other Duties:

  • Carry out additional tasks as assigned by supervisors and management.

Job Requirements:

  • Preferably at least 1 year of experience in warehouse administration.
  • Minimum requirement: SPM/Certificate/Diploma.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and familiarity with computer systems.
  • Responsible and meticulous to ensure tasks are completed on time.
  • Willing to learn new skills and take on additional responsibilities.
  • Capable of multitasking and filling in where needed.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Proficiency in Mandarin is an added advantage
