In this role, you will report to your superior on all matters related to commercial functions, including overseeing daily business operations and providing support for administrative tasks. You will be responsible for managing and optimising day-to-day operations across all business segments within the commercial division. This involves executing management strategies, executing key functions, and driving continuous improvement to boost efficiency. The ideal candidate must be independent with strong analytical skills, and a proven track record in executing business processes, and contracts and/or document management.
Candidates with training in Law, or Contracts Management are preferred.

Your Role:
Operational Strategy and Management:
- Develop and implement strategies aligned with organisational goals. Monitor and evaluate performance to ensure efficiency across Activation, Retail, Advertising, Telecommunication, and Station Branding within the Commercial Division.
Process Optimization:
- Identify inefficiencies in current processes and systems, and implement improvements to streamline operations and reduce costs. Enforce SOPs and meet internal and external ISO standards.
Project Management:
- Support planning and execution of key projects, ensuring timely and successful implementation. Coordinate cross-functional teams for new systems, tools, or processes.
Performance Monitoring and Reporting:
- Prepare and present regular reports on key operational functions, including metrics, insights, and improvement recommendations.
Customer and Stakeholder Management:
- Work with stakeholders to resolve operational issues and enhance customer satisfaction. Implement strategies to improve service delivery and customer experience.
Compliance and Risk Management:
- Ensure adherence to industry regulations and standards and Identify operational risks and implement contingency plans as needed.
Other Supporting Tasks:
- Provide administrative support to management and other team members.
- Coordinate meetings and conferences, including booking venues and handling logistics.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operations.
- Perform administrative tasks such as document preparation and filing,
- record keeping and managing equipment inventories, and revenue tracking.
- Assist the Commercial team members in project planning.
- Liaising with authorities, contractors, agencies, suppliers or service providers to ensure smooth commercial operations.
Your Profile:
- Minimum of Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or any other related fields. (Minimum CGPA of 3.00)
- At least 3 to 5 years of working experience with a proven track record & contractual position with standard office hours, but flexibility for projects and occasional travel may be needed.
- Basic proficiency in MS Office, including Excel and PowerPoint, is required.
- Strong analytical and troubleshooting abilities to diagnose complex technical issues and implement effective solutions.
- Good analytical and troubleshooting skills to diagnose documentation and operational issues, and implement effective solutions.
- Strong communication skills for interacting effectively with team members, supervisors, and external stakeholders.
- Capable of performing tasks that may involve working in various site Conditions i.e. train stations, trains.
- Flexibility to work irregular hours, including weekends and holidays, and respond promptly to emergencies.
- Skilled in multitasking and prioritising tasks effectively. Able to work collaboratively within a team, supporting colleagues and contributing to the Division’s overall success.
