Principal Accountabilities
Customer Service
- Welcomes and connects with every customer.
- Offers customer demonstrations and samples to create an opportunity for the customers to interact with the product.
- Responds to customer needs and says thank you to every customer.
- Demonstrates the good behaviour by taking care of customer needs.
Cash Handling
- Follows cash handling procedures and cash register policies.
- Maintain and ensure smooth operation of sales at the ticketing box and candy bar.
Sales
- Upselling and suggestive selling
- Responsible for customer needs and appropriately suggests products to enhance service and meet sales goals.
SOP Compliance
- To ensure SOP compliance at all the touch points.
Requirements:
Working Hours: (Shift/operational)
- Rotating shift
Minimum Qualification & Field of Study :
- Minimum SPM with good command of Bahasa Malaysia and English.
- Past experience relevant to our company requirement also considerable.
Minimum Year(s) of Work Experience and preferred field of Work/Industry :
- Knowledgeable and experience in retail, f&b and servicing line is an added advantage.
Skills and Competencies :
- Computer literate is added advantage
Personal Attributes :
- Friendly, active, fun and outgoing.
- Pleasant personality with good interpersonal skills and able to liaise with people from all levels
- Team spirited, responsible and with positive work attitude
- Able to work shifts, weekends, midnights and public holidays.
