Qualifications & experience
- Able to communicate in Mandarin, Bahasa Malaysia, and English. We seek Mandarin-speaking candidates who are required to serve Mandarin-speaking clients.
- Candidate with at least an SPM qualification.
- Proficient in computer skills (Windows operating systems).
- Willing to work in rotating shifts including weekends and public holidays.
- Who can start immediately would be an advantage.
- Have related working experience in the customer service sector.
- Have good teamwork and excellent communication skills.
- Ability to work well with minimal supervision.
Tasks & responsibilities
- Respond to online IM’s for some customer enquiries.
- Assist customers with various queries on software usage.
- Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customer at all times.
- Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer service and support.
- Process orders, forms, applications, and requests.
