Admin Assistant

Job Description:

  • Assist Operations Director and Managing Director daily administrative tasks
  • Prepare and distribute memos, reports, and correspondence
  • Check and reply to emails on behalf of the Director
  • Oversee daily operations and office management at HQ
  • Monitor repair and maintenance, coordinate with service providers
  • Manage and order office supplies, ensure a well-maintained office environment
  • Assist with HR matters, including hiring processes and employee relations
  • Monitor rental income and ensure timely follow-ups

Qualifications:

  • Fresh graduates welcome to apply
  • Diploma or Degree in Business Admin, HR, or related field
  • 1+ year of admin support experience
  • Strong organisational and multitasking skills
  • Good communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • HR and office management experience is a plus
