- Manage the department’s expenditure reimbursement.
- Organize and maintain file systems, and assist with generating scheduled reports.
- Create and distribute various documents, including forms, emails, notes, letters, and faxes.
- Ensure office policies and procedures are current and functional.
- Coordinate with executives and assistants to address senior managers’ requests and inquiries.
Job Requirements
- Possess at least a Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Management, Business or equivalent.
- Proficient in computer tools and software, such as Word and Excel.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Mandarin (system is primarily in Mandarin).
- Available to work 5.5 days per week.
