Why this role?
As a Admin Assistant , you will report to the Sales Administration Manager. You will be responsible for supporting our sales engineer team in administration and ensuring customer satisfaction. This is a good opportunity to enhance your multitasking, communication, and administrative skills.
You will play an important role to:
- Process and coordinate daily sales order.
- Prepare delivery order and invoices for customers.
- Handle customers enquiry about stock availability and delivery status.
- To ensure all customers’ purchase of materials are delivered on time as per required schedule.
- To coordinate with both clients and related internal department to process customers’ order.
- Assist sales team by providing services to clients such as handle incoming calls.
- Maintain traceability of all related documentation and proper filing.
- To assist any other administrative responsibilities including ad-hoc tasks assigned by the superior from time to time.
Are you the one?
- SPM/Certification and above with 1 year of working experience in administration.
- Fresh Graduates with Diploma or Degree in any field.
- Possess own vehicle and willing to work at Subang Jaya.
- Good in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word).
- Immediate joiner is preferred.
- Fluency in Mandarin is preferred due to the need to interact with Mandarin-speaking clients.
