Admin Executive

Responsibilities

  • Assist in recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding processes, including job postings, interviews, and maintaining employee records.
  • Monitor and manage staff welfare, employee benefits, and timely processing of staff claims.
  • Contribute to organisation of company events, team-building activities, and coordinate training and development programs.
  • Maintain safety equipment and handle general insurance administration.
  • Prepare and distribute internal communications and announcements, and handle employee inquiries regarding policies and procedures.
     

Requirements

  • Excellent communication in English, Mandarin, and Bahasa Malaysia to liaise with internal & external stakeholders, with strong interpersonal abilities.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other office software
  • Ability to work independently and prioritise tasks effectively
  • Demonstrates positive attitude and strong work ethic
