Responsibilities
- Assist in recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding processes, including job postings, interviews, and maintaining employee records.
- Monitor and manage staff welfare, employee benefits, and timely processing of staff claims.
- Contribute to organisation of company events, team-building activities, and coordinate training and development programs.
- Maintain safety equipment and handle general insurance administration.
- Prepare and distribute internal communications and announcements, and handle employee inquiries regarding policies and procedures.
Requirements
- Excellent communication in English, Mandarin, and Bahasa Malaysia to liaise with internal & external stakeholders, with strong interpersonal abilities.
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other office software
- Ability to work independently and prioritise tasks effectively
- Demonstrates positive attitude and strong work ethic
