Administrative Assistants (Administration & Office Support)

Full time

RM 2,500 – RM 3,000 per month

Responsibilities:

  • Prepare communications, such as emails, invoices, reports, and other correspondence.
  • Manage schedules for hostel, transportation, and travel plans for the sales team.
  • Organize and schedule meetings.
  • Perform data entry and administrative duties with attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports.
  • Provide general administrative support and clerical duties such as filing, data entry, and scanning as needed by managers and supervisors.
  • Working closely with the Sales Team to provide administrative support.
  • Act as the point of contact for the sales team and management.
  • Perform ad-hoc tasks as required by superior.

Requirements:

  • Minimum SPM, Professional Cert and Diploma OR equivalent related experience.
  • At least  (1-2) years of working experience as an administrative role would be an advantage.
  • Positive attitude, detail-oriented, highly responsible and able to work under pressure.
  • Ability to interact with all levels of people to address arising issues.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel and MS PowerPoint, in particular).
  • Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work.
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask.
  • Proficiency in English, Chinese is a must.
