KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES
- This role is for indvidual who can efficiently manage the processing of Purchase Requisitions (PR) and invoice submissions through RSS for the Finance Department. The candidate will facilitate internal and external communications to partners regarding new plans, promotions, and announcements via redComm. Additionally, they will provide monthly partner details updates on the redONE website for the Marketing Team and perform yearly updates on the nationwide POSM Rate Card as a pricing guideline.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Verify HQ and state-level PR submissions, including POSM procurement, roadshows, and partner gatherings within the limit before submission via RSS to Finance.
- Verify invoices and match them with job completion photos (before and after).
- Track reports on partner makeover jobs after PO receipt and monitor budget utilization.
- Regularly update the partner makeover status.
- Prepare cover pages for internal and external communications to partners.
- Work closely with state-level teams to collect and compile updated partner details and submit them to the Marketing Department for monthly website updates.
- Record and submit standard pricing for signage, road signs, advertisement signboards, LED fabric light boxes, giant banners, logo stickers, sky lift rental rates, and related costs based on each state to the Finance Department. This costing serves as a guide for yearly PR submissions.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Candidate must possess a minimum of SPM/STPM/Professional Certificate/Diploma in Business Administration, Finance, Communications, or a related field.
- At least 2-3 years of experience in procurement, finance, or a related role.
- Experience with PR processing and invoice verification is preferred.
- Technical Skills: Strong understanding of financial processes and budgets.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively liaise with partners and internal teams.
- Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to track reports, verify invoices, and monitor budget utilization.
- High attention to detail for verifying PR submissions and invoices, and ensuring accurate updates on partner details and pricing guidelines.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize work efficiently, including preparing regular updates and reports.
- Ability to work collaboratively with state-level teams and various departments, such as Finance and Marketing.
- Willingness to adapt to changing requirements and work in a dynamic environment.
