Job Description:
As an Administrative Assistant, your main responsibility will be to ensure the smooth operation of our offices and outlets. Your tasks will include:
· Providing administrative support to maintain office and outlet operations.
· Managing day-to-day office administration tasks.
· Handling and recording monthly admin and general expenses reports (e.g., utility bills, petrol, pest control).
· Taking care of company vehicle paperwork, insurance, and inspections.
· Coordinating daily tasks for delivery, document submission, and government department visits.
Managing pantry supplies, stationery, and inventory.
· Sourcing, negotiating, and processing purchase orders.
· Conducting fixed asset stock checks and preparing POS equipment for outlets.
· Maintaining office facilities, equipment, and cleanliness.
· Assisting with work permit applications for various purposes.
· Supporting the planning and execution of company events and activities.
· Handling routine maintenance of office lifts.
· Managing monthly sales reports.
Requirement:
· Computer literate with good communication and organizational skills.
· Resourceful, self-motivated, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
· Capable of multitasking and maintaining high integrity.
· Proficient in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
· Candidates who are fluent in Mandarin are preferred as the role requires candidate to deal with Mandarin speaking clients.
· Immediate availability to start work is preferred.
· Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply. Candidates with at least 1 year of experience in a related field will have an added advantage.
