Job Description
- Assist on general purchases and communication with suppliers
- Communication with supplier based on China
- Prepare quotation, purchase order and delivery order
- Plan production schedules to ensure timely delivery of goods
- Provide support on marketing team
- Filling of admin and related work
- Assist on prepare monthly report
- Administration on Online platform – Lazada, Shopee
- Pick up incoming call and send email
- Filing, photocopy and data records maintenance
- Communicate with clients and respond to any queries or complaints
- Participate in training programs and cross-functional projects to develop skills and knowledge.
Job requirement
- Prefer mandarin speaking candidate as the role requires candidate to liaise with our client based on China
- Fresh Graduate are encourage
- Minimum education SPM and above
- Good communication in English & Mandarin
