Job Description:
- To handle issuance of tenant’s billing and collection accurately and in a timely manner
- Prepare, update and maintain all leasing documentations
- Manage tenancy related matters such as rental and utilities collection, tenancy renewals etc
- To perform other ad-hoc tasks as assigned by the superior
- To work closely within the team member and inter-department members to complete tasks in stipulated time
Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least Diploma/Degree in any field
- Required language(s): Mandarin, English, Bahasa Malaysia
- Fluent in Mandarin and English
- Must have excellent computer knowledge in Microsoft Word, Excel, Power Point & other programmers.
- Knowledge in SQL system will be an added advantage.
