Job Description :

· To manage day to day operations and provide support to the department

· To convene Board, Board Committees, General Meetings and to prepare minutes of meeting thereof.

· Liaise with government and relevant authorities on proper lodgment of the secretarial documents.

· Responsible to record the petty cash and claims for supervisor and director.

· To manage the overall office administration work

· Ensure the pantry refreshment inventory is adequate and replenish when necessary, keep check on cost at all times.

· To be able to assist on the other ad-hoc assignments as and when required.

· Good judgment and decision-making aptitude.

· Able to multitask with a clear mind

· Communication skill in both written and spoken English & Bahasa Malaysia

· Detail Oriented Person preferred

· Sensitive to Numbers

Requirements :

-Candidate must have minimum Higher Secondary / Professional Certificate

-Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.

-Preferred language(s): English, Bahasa Malaysia and/or Mandarin.

-Required Skill(s): Microsoft Office, Tech-Savvy
