Responsibilities :

  • Responsible for data entry and credit analysis of individual and/or corporate loan applications
  • Perform outgoing phone calls to assist with loan applications as necessary
  • Ensure compliance with company polices, industry regulations and data protection standards
  • Participate in other assignments, duties and projects assigned by reporting manager

Requirements :

  • Ability to work and communicate effectively and positively with everyone
  • Proactive in learning and exploring areas of improvement
  • Independent and adaptable with the ability to work under pressure
  • Meticulous work ethic
  • Comfortable speaking to others over the phone
