Responsibilities :
- Responsible for data entry and credit analysis of individual and/or corporate loan applications
- Perform outgoing phone calls to assist with loan applications as necessary
- Ensure compliance with company polices, industry regulations and data protection standards
- Participate in other assignments, duties and projects assigned by reporting manager
Requirements :
- Ability to work and communicate effectively and positively with everyone
- Proactive in learning and exploring areas of improvement
- Independent and adaptable with the ability to work under pressure
- Meticulous work ethic
- Comfortable speaking to others over the phone
