Job Description:
1) Plan highly efficient real estate marketing strategies in online & offline advertisement
2) Overseeing the progress of marketing activities
3) Conducting market research
4) Monitoring the property market to identify potential leads
5) Managing and posting on social media (Facebook & Instagram) and property searching platforms (iProperty & PropertyGuru)
6) Responsible to generate strategic & effective ideas on personal branding through different channels
7) Prepare monthly report on marketing activities and group sales performances
