Key Responsibilities:
Data Entry: Accurate input of financial data into accounting software.
Accounts Payable and Receivable: Assist in processing invoices, payments, and receipts.
Expense Tracking: Categorize and analyze business expenses.
Administrative Tasks: Assist with filing, organizing records, and responding to inquiries.
Qualifications:
Currently pursuing a diploma / degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
Attention to detail and accuracy.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software.
Analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
