Public Affairs, Communications & Sustainability (PACS) Executive – BANDAR ENSTEK, N.SEMBILAN
Job Summary
The executive is responsible to assist PACS Manager in develop and execute communication & sustainability portfolio including, but not limited to: Internal and/or external event management, stakeholders and community engagements, sponsorships and CSR, development of corporate communication materials.
Key Duties/ Responsibilities
External Affairs – Stakeholder Engagement
- To organize and coordinate sustainability projects and proactively engage and maintain relationship between the company and key stakeholders, experts, NGOs & industry partners in areas pertaining to Coca-Cola’s sustainability commitments.
- Create, maintain, and strengthen cordial relationship between the company with key government agencies in the local state level, in relation to sustainability initiatives.
- Support PACS Manager with stakeholder mapping in local communities for execution. Manage budget and evaluate the ROI/effectiveness of such program.
Project Management
- Develop, sustain, and evaluate programs under the sustainability framework of Coca-Cola and ensure that commitments are met as per agreed targets. This includes initiatives on World Without Waste, Water & Climate Change.
- Plan and execute Community CSR programs to build a positive image for the Company with local communities.
Internal Communication & Engagement
- Develop an integrated communications material for internal & external events PR content.
- Create, plan, and execute volunteering opportunities for employees to engage in community service and contribute to social impact.
- Support internal stakeholders in executing employee relations program ie: Internal engagements.
Communication Complexities
- Cross-function: Understand the strategies, business operations and Company directive to be able to designs programs and communication materials to support and protect the business goals and vision.
- External – Government agencies, Media, partnerships, 3rd party provider: Connect with the external stakeholders in the market that require the development of plans to address and resolve partnership & engagement challenges and understand market legislations.
Requirements, Key Skills & Competencies: –
- Good verbal and written communication skills in English & Bahasa
- Excellent computer skills (Microsoft Office – Word/Excel/PPT)
- A team player
- Design and graphic skills (equipped with technical skills and the ability to use Adobe Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator & InDesign) and Canva, not critical but good added advantage.
- Graduates Students from Business, Communications, Public Policy, Political Science Degree with 2-3 years of experience in related field.
