Responsibilities and Duties:
- Perform Repair, maintenance, and servicing of air conditioning units (residential and light commercial).
- Diagnose and troubleshoot aircon problems efficiently (gas leakage, compressor issues, fan motor, PCB, etc.).
- Conduct regular preventive maintenance and chemical cleaning of air conditioners.
- Refill refrigerant gas and ensure systems operate at optimum efficiency.
- Provide excellent customer service and explain technical issues to customers in a clear and polite manner.
- Maintain proper records of service jobs, parts used, and customer feedback.
- Ensure all work is done safely and according to company standards
- Possess valid driving license to drive company vehicle to customer locations for on-site services
- Keep tools and equipment in good condition.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 2–3 years of hands-on experience as an Aircon Technician
- Must possess a valid Malaysian driving license (Class D) and own transport (preferably with own motorcycle or car)
- Good knowledge of different aircon brands (Daikin, Panasonic, Mitsubishi, York, etc.)
- Able to work independently and handle service calls efficiently
- Polite, responsible, punctual, and customer-oriented.
- Basic command of English and Bahasa Malaysia (additional languages like Mandarin/Cantonese is an advantage).
- Willing to work on weekends or public holidays occasionally when needed.
- Clean criminal record and good work attitude.
