Manager, Sales Admin & Credit Control

We are looking for a Manager, Sales Admin & Credit Control to take ownership of one of the most critical pillars of our business: end-to-end sales administration, disciplined billings, strong cashflow, and full collections, leading up to our upcoming VP in Q3 2026.

This role sits at the crossroads of operations, finance, legal compliance, and customer experience. You will lead the charge in ensuring all progress billings are timely and accurate, collections are tightly managed, and buyers are fully prepared financially and administratively for a smooth and successful handover.

What You’ll Drive & Deliver:

  • Lead end-to-end sales administration and credit control operations, from booking to final settlement
  • Ensure timely and accurate progress billings, aligned with project milestones and compliance requirements
  • Drive strong collection performance, with a clear focus on achieving full collections prior to and during VP
  • Oversee buyer documentation, SPA administration, loan disbursements, and liaise closely with solicitors, financiers, and internal stakeholders
  • Prepare the organization for Vacant Possession in Q3 2026, ensuring all accounts, billings, and documentation are VP-ready
  • Monitor ageing, manage arrears, and implement effective follow-ups and escalation strategies where required
  • Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing Sales Admin & Credit Control team with clear KPIs and accountability
  • Strengthen systems, SOPs, and reporting to support scale, accuracy, and audit readiness

What We’re Looking For:

  • Minimum Diploma or Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Property Management, or a related field, with at least 8 years’ hands-on experience in property development.
  • Minimum 2 years in a managerial or supervisory role.
  • Proven ability to maintain high standards of integrity and professionalism working with internal stakeholders and external clients.
  • Strong knowledge of IFCA or similar property sales systems, MS Office, and digital filing
  • Excellent communication skills in English, Bahasa Malaysia, and Mandarin is a plus
  • A hands-on, detail-driven leader who values accuracy and accountability
  • Comfortable working cross-functionally and supporting key handover periods (including weekends or public holidays when needed)
