We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Accountant to play a key role in managing the company’s financial operations, reporting, and compliance. This role will support strategic financial management, strengthen internal controls, provide financial insights to drive business performance and succession readiness.
Reporting to the Chief Financial Officer with the following key responsibilities:-
- Prepare accurate, timely and monthly management accounts, financial reports, and analysis in a timely manner to the Leadership Team.
- Oversee general ledger accounting and integrity, journal entries, fixed assets, and bank reconciliations.
- Assist in budget preparation, cash flow monitoring, and variance analysis.
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards, statutory requirements, company policies and internal controls, and concession requirements.
- Support audit processes, including liaison with external auditors.
- Assist in tax matters, statutory submissions, and regulatory reporting, including SST.
- Assist in developing and implementing financial strategies, policies, and procedures to ensure financial stability and support growth.
- Strengthen internal controls, assess financial risks, and implement process improvements.
- Support SAP enhancements and finance process automation initiatives.
- Work closely with the Chief Financial Officer and Finance Manager to ensure smooth knowledge transfer and handover.

- Strong financial acumen, with solid knowledge of accounting, financial analysis, regulatory requirements, compliance, and reporting.
- Detail-oriented with strong analytical skills.
- Effective leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels.
- High ethical standards, integrity, and accountability in handling financial matters.
Additional requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Professional certifications (MIA, CPA, MICPA or ACCA).
- Minimum of 3–5 years of relevant accounting experience.
- Experience in service-based companies (healthcare or concession-related industries preferred).
- Strong knowledge of accounting standards and financial reporting.
- Proficiency in accounting systems and Microsoft Excel.
- Good analytical skills with strong attention to detail
- Able to work independently and meet reporting deadlines.
