Finance Admin Officer

We are looking for a great attitude and responsible person to fill up this position in one of our subsidiary Company [Levis Pay]. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, organized, and capable of managing multiple tasks simultaneously.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform account reconciliation and settlement (priority task)
  • Assist in managing sales-related tasks, ensuring smooth and efficient operations including preparing and processing sales invoices, DOs
  • Assist with daily finance and operational matters
  • Support administrative and ad hoc tasks as assigned

Requirements:

  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel, especially Excel formulas
  • Basic accounting knowledge or relevant accounting background
  • Detail-oriented and responsible
  • Able to multitask and work independently
