Lifeways Sdn Bhd is a medical device company based in Selangor, Malaysia. Since its establishment in 2005, Lifeways has been dedicated to developing and distributing medical devices for public and private healthcare, clinical diagnostic, and scientific institutions.
Role Description
We are looking for highly motivated and results-driven Medical Sales Executive to join our sales team. This candidate is responsible for driving the sales of medical devices to healthcare professionals, hospitals and other medical institutions. The role involves building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs, and providing solutions that meet their requirements. The Medical Sales Executive will also be responsible for generating new business, managing existing accounts and achieving sales target.
Key Responsibilities
- To promote company products to hospitals, medical centers & other healthcare institutions assigned.
- To serve existing & expand new customer base.
- To plan & execute marketing strategies.
- To execute and meet Sales Target assigned.
- To provide feedback on competitor’s products & activities.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Biotechnology, Engineering, Marketing or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum of 2-3 years of sales experience, preferably in the medical or healthcare industry.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales target.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Excellent negotiation and closing abilities.
- Ability to understand and explain technical information related to medical devices.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.
- Willingness to travel within the assigned territory.

Work Location : Position available in Penang.
