Job Responsibilities:
1. Strategic Sourcing & Procurement
- Identify, evaluate, and select suppliers of medical devices, equipment, and consumables.
- Request, analyze, and compare quotations to ensure competitive pricing and value.
- Manage the complete procurement cycle from requisition to purchase order issuance, inventory input in SAP system
- Follow up all the incoming shipment, custom clearance that meet the regulation requirement.
2. Inventory & Demand Planning
- Coordinate with managers, warehouse departments to forecast demand.
- Prevent stockouts or overstocking through effective planning and replenishment strategies.
- Support lifecycle management, including replacement schedules and product end-of-life planning.
3. Cost Management & Process Improvement
- Analyze purchasing trends and implement cost-saving opportunities.
- Support budgeting and financial planning for capital and operational expenditures.
- Optimize procurement processes, workflows, and documentation for efficiency.
4. Compliance & Quality Assurance
- Ensure all procured medical devices meet regulatory, safety, and certification requirements (e.g., GDPMD & MDA regulations).
- Collaborate with clinical engineering and quality teams that meet the regulation requirement.
- Maintain accurate records of product certifications, licenses, and regulatory documents.
5. Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Work closely with supply chain teams, sales team, finance & clinical engineer to understand device demand requirements.
- Assist with evaluation trials, product demonstrations, and technical reviews
Requirements:
- Diploma or above in any disciplines.
- Candidate with 1-2 years working experience in related field and familiar with SAP system will be an advantage.
- Good command of English & Mandarin to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Pleasant personality, able to work in a fast-paced environment & work independently.
- PC literate.
- Fully vaccinated for covid-19.
