- Must possess basic Accounting knowledege
- Assist in credit administration functions, including sending payment reminders, processing customer credit applications, and monitoring outstanding accounts
- Assist in Match job cards, delivery orders, and invoices to ensure records are complete and accurate
- Monitoring partial/ finish product storage for Marketing Personnel
- Participate in year-end stock take and quarterly stock closing activities
- Perform other related tasks assigned by the Executive Director (Finance), Accountant, or Sales Coordinator
