Requirements & Qualifications
- Prefered female
- Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in telemarketing or inside sales, with at least 1–3 years in a managerial role.
- Strong leadership, coaching, and team management skills.
- Proven ability to drive sales performance and improve conversion rates.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Data-driven mindset with experience in performance tracking and reporting.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and call center tools is an advantage.
- Knowledge of PDPA and telemarketing compliance standards.
