Job Purpose:
To support management in daily operations, including financial oversight, sales & marketing support, project documentation, proposals, costing, reporting, and other operational tasks to ensure smooth business operations and quality project delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
- Finance & Accounting Support:
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly financial reports.
- Assist management with budgeting and project cost analysis.
- Ensure financial records and invoices are accurately maintained.
- Sales & Marketing Support:
- Assist in preparing project proposals, quotations, and tender documents.
- Prepare marketing materials, presentations, and sales performance reports.
- Support promotional activities and market analysis.
- Project & Documentation Management:
- Prepare project papers, progress reports, and new project proposals.
- Ensure proper documentation and compliance with company SOPs.
- Coordinate between departments to ensure smooth project execution.
- Analysis & Reporting:
- Generate project performance reports, sales reports, and cost analyses for management.
- Provide data-driven insights to support decision-making.
- Ad-hoc & Operational Tasks:
- Assist in day-to-day office operations.
- Support management with special tasks as required.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Diploma/Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related fields.
- Experience in operations, finance, or sales & marketing support is an advantage.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and documentation skills.

- Able to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
