HR EXECUTIVE

Job Description

  • To be responsible for recruitment of new staff through jobstreet.com. 
  • To keep record of insurance coverage and human resource management such as recruitment, promotions, transfers and terminations.
  • To monitor the staff attendance and leave application (medical and annual leave, etc) 
  • To compile and input all new employee personal details into HR database, to process office forms, to maintain records and personal files. 
  • To liaise with Government Department and statutory bodies (CIDB, SPAN, SURUHANJAYA TENAGA, IR, etc.) for any enquiry.
  • To do any application or renewal of any certificates related to company needs such as CIDB, Energy Commission and Ministry of Finance.
  • To provide new employee induction and orientation program about the company, i.e. company’s organization chart, company’s rules and regulations, company policies as well as benefit guidelines. 
  • To ensure and make arrangement for any staff to attend training as required
  • Maintain office systems which include data management, proper and systematic document filing system, manage, sort and archive old documents
  • Screening phone calls, enquiries and requests and handling them appropriately
  • Perform other related duties or ad hoc duties as and when assigned

Job Requirement

  • Candidate must possess at least Bachelor’s Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in Business Studies/Administration/Management, Human Resource Management or equivalent.
  • Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English
  • At least 1 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  • Preferably Junior Executive specialized in Human Resources or equivalent
  • Good in communication skills
  • Able to start immediately will be an added advantage
