Human Resource – Recruitment

Responsibility:

  • Understanding and analyzing job requirements 
  • Identifying prospective candidates using a variety of channels- databases, social media
  • Creating a detailed job description and posting it on relevant job boards
  • Screening and shortlisting potential candidates
  • Scheduling and conducting interviews
  • Providing regular feedback to both clients and candidates regarding the status of the recruitment process
  • Building and maintaining client relationships through continuous follow-up and client management
     

Requirement:

  • Diploma/ Bachelor’s degree in Business Studies or relevant field.
  • 1 years proven track record in talent acquisition, recruiting, or related HR functions. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
  • Good communication  (with fluent English) and interpersonal skills.
  • Resourceful, motivated, result-oriented individuals.
  • Able to work independently as well as a team player.
