Responsibility:
- Understanding and analyzing job requirements
- Identifying prospective candidates using a variety of channels- databases, social media
- Creating a detailed job description and posting it on relevant job boards
- Screening and shortlisting potential candidates
- Scheduling and conducting interviews
- Providing regular feedback to both clients and candidates regarding the status of the recruitment process
- Building and maintaining client relationships through continuous follow-up and client management
Requirement:
- Diploma/ Bachelor’s degree in Business Studies or relevant field.
- 1 years proven track record in talent acquisition, recruiting, or related HR functions. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Good communication (with fluent English) and interpersonal skills.
- Resourceful, motivated, result-oriented individuals.
- Able to work independently as well as a team player.
