About the role
We are seeking a passionate and customer-focused Beauty Consultant to join our team at DRANA Wellness & Spa in Nilai, Negeri Sembilan. As a Beauty Consultant, you will play a vital role in enhancing the beauty and confidence of our clients through exceptional service and product recommendations. This is a full-time position based in our modern spa.
What you’ll be doing
- Providing personalised consultations to understand each client’s unique beauty needs and goals
- Recommending and demonstrating the most suitable facial treatments and skincare products.
- Delivering high-quality beauty services such as facials.
- Maintaining a thorough knowledge of our product range and industry trends
- Ensuring a welcoming, relaxing and luxurious spa experience for all clients
- Assisting with inventory management and spa operations as needed
What we’re looking for
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a Beauty Consultant or in a similar customer-facing beauty role
- Strong knowledge of skin, facial treatments and skincare products.
- Excellent customer service skills and the ability to provide personalised advice
- Certification or diploma in Cosmetology, Beauty Therapy or a related field
- A warm, friendly and professional demeanor with a passion for the beauty industry
- Strong time management and multitasking abilities
