Accounts Executive

Job Descriptions:

  • Process accounts payable invoices within the given time frame
  • Process claim submissions and reimbursement
  • Issuance of cheques and process online transactions for various type of expenses payment
  • Assist in rental and utilities payment, banking and expenditure analysis
  • Monitor cash flow movement and handle bank reconciliation
  • To follow established procedures & SOP
  • reconciliation of accounts
  • Any other related accounting functions
  • Ensure that filing is done systematically
  • Assist in other ad-hoc assignments

Job Requirements:

  • Degree in Accounting/Professional Degree in Accounting or equivalent
  • Required skill(s): SAP System, MS Excel
  • Required language(s): Mandarin, English, Bahasa Malaysia. The ability to speak & write in Mandarin is preferred due to job nature.
  • Able to commence work immediately would be an advantage
  • Fresh graduates in Accounting are welcomed to apply
