Job Descriptions:
- Process accounts payable invoices within the given time frame
- Process claim submissions and reimbursement
- Issuance of cheques and process online transactions for various type of expenses payment
- Assist in rental and utilities payment, banking and expenditure analysis
- Monitor cash flow movement and handle bank reconciliation
- To follow established procedures & SOP
- reconciliation of accounts
- Any other related accounting functions
- Ensure that filing is done systematically
- Assist in other ad-hoc assignments
Job Requirements:
- Degree in Accounting/Professional Degree in Accounting or equivalent
- Required skill(s): SAP System, MS Excel
- Required language(s): Mandarin, English, Bahasa Malaysia. The ability to speak & write in Mandarin is preferred due to job nature.
- Able to commence work immediately would be an advantage
- Fresh graduates in Accounting are welcomed to apply
