Our growing Functional Medicine Clinic (Google it!) is looking for a creative and strategic Marketing Executive to help us expand our reach, educate our community, and attract patients who are seeking root-cause, personalised healthcare. AMAZING english language skills are required.
In this role, you’ll blend digital and traditional marketing expertise with a creative flair to craft compelling campaigns, nurture patient relationships, and position our clinic as a trusted leader in integrative wellness. Areas you will oversee:
Digital Marketing & Online Presence
- Manage the clinic’s website, ensuring SEO optimisation, user experience, and updated content.
- Run paid ads (Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn) targeting patients interested in functional medicine.
- Oversee email marketing (newsletters, lead nurturing, promotions).
- Monitor online reviews, and local SEO.
Content Marketing & Education
- Creation of social media campaigns, content and posting for two companies
- Create social media content (Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, LinkedIn) to educate and engage.
- Collaborate with practitioners to produce patient success stories, testimonials, and case studies.
- Design lead magnets (free eBooks, webinars, quizzes) to capture leads.
Patient Events
- Organize workshops, and health talks featuring practitioners.
- Partner with likeminded businesses for cross-promotions.
- Manage patient referral programs to encourage word-of-mouth marketing.
- Partnership creation with likeminded premium brands
Branding & Messaging
- Ensure consistent branding across all platforms (visuals, tone, messaging).
- Continue the premium feel The Rosewood exudes
Analytics & Performance Tracking
- Track KPIs (website traffic, conversion rates, cost per lead, ROI on ads).
- Use Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, and CRM tools to measure campaign success.
- Adjust strategies based on data insights.
Patient Relationship & Retention
- Implement email drip campaigns to nurture leads into booked consultations.
- Develop loyalty programs for returning patients.
- Gather and showcase patient testimonials to build trust.
