JOB DESCRIPTIONS
- To prepare, implement and update the construction planning schedule.
- Monitoring and reporting progress to the Project Manager.
- Liaising with the client’s representatives pertaining to site matters.
- Ensuring adequate staff at job site.
- To Liaise and monitor work progress of sub-contractors.
- Liaising between the project engineers and surveyors.
- To implement quality control on work package installation activities.
- To liaise with Post Contract Department for verification of sub-contractors progress claim.
- To liaise with Post Contract Department to evaluate sub-contractors work performance.
- To liaise with Procurement Department to evaluate supplier performance.
- To prepare Request for Inspection to consultant for inspection on installation activities.
- To review method statements or work instructions before submission to consultant.
- To liaise with safety officer for monitoring site safety measures.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Engineering (Civil) or equivalent.
- Preferably Senior Executives specializing in Engineering – Civil/Construction/Structural or equivalent.
- At least 5 year(s) of working experiences in the related field is required for this position.
- Required skill(s): MS Office, AutoCad, Primavera.
- Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English and Mandarin (added advantage).
- Willing to work at Cameron Highlands.
