20x April Intake!! Bank Sales Financial Executive | Basic + Comm + Incentives

What is your role as Bank Sales Financial Executive?
* Sell and promote bancassurance products and identify customer segments for new sales
* Participate in sales and marketing events to acquire new customers
* Establish business relationships with customers to strengthen rapport for up selling activities
* Provide financial advice and follow up service on policy matters to customers

• On top of walk-in customers, monthly customer leads & referrals are given for FE to fix appointment to meet customer


Working Location: will be placed at banks closest to home (depending on availability)

1)Basic Salary (depends on candidates’ relevant sales/bancassurance experience)

Responsibilities:

  • Achieve individual sales targets and contribute towards the achievement of the branch targets
  • Focus on the walk-in customers and tap on into the bank’s database to promote banking products to the clients
  • Conduct fact finding, need analysis for clients and ensure prompt advise and solutions are offered to clients
  • Deliver best sales practice and provide excellent customer service
  • Disciplined tracking of all sales activities

Requirements:

  • Strong interest in financial planning and investment, and passionate about sales
  • Possess proven track sales record
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Passionate to do financial sales 
  • 5 days work – Monday to Friday – 8:45am to 5:45pm only 
  • Looking for office hours and can work more commission
