- Proven sales success: A consistent track record of exceeding targets in the technology or cloud services industry.
- Sales Hunting: This role is a hardcore Sales driven role, in which individual is expected to be on field using there current connects from previous experience to build pipeline and close deals.
- Number Driven: Individual has to be motivated and self driven to Achieve quarterly numbers allocated to them.
- Cloud expertise: Deep understanding of cloud service models (IaaS, PaaS, SaaS) and the cloud marketplace.
- Strategic mindset: Experience developing and executing strategic sales plans and business growth strategies.
- Relationship builder: Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with C-level executives and key decision-makers.
- Market-savvy: Adept at conducting market analysis to identify new opportunities and customer needs.
- Technical acumen: Demonstrable technical knowledge to effectively discuss cloud solutions with both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Value-driven: Skilled at articulating the value proposition of cloud solutions and aligning customer needs with product offerings.
- Collaborative spirit: Experience coordinating with cross-functional teams to drive success.
- Excellent communication: Confident in conducting sales presentations, product demonstrations, and negotiating contracts.
- Partner-focused: Experience working with cloud service providers (AWS, Azure, GCP), resellers, or system integrators and fostering strong partner relationships.
- Compliance-minded: Understanding of data privacy, data protection, and compliance requirements relevant to cloud services.
- Customer-centric: Ability to provide valuable feedback to product teams based on market and customer insights.
- Industry presence: Experience representing the company at industry events, conferences, and trade shows.
