Key Responsibilities

  1. Client Consultation and Assessment
    1. Conduct detailed consultations to assess clients’ aesthetic concerns, medical history, and desired outcomes
    2. Educate clients about available treatments, benefits, risks, and expected results
    3. Develop personalized treatment plans tailored to the client’s goals and skin type
  2. Delivery of Aesthetic Treatment is a Safe Manner
    1. Ensure precision and artistry to achieve natural, symmetrical, and aesthetically pleasing results
    2. Monitor client safety and comfort during procedures, adhering to all medical protocols and safety guidelines
  3. Follow up and Aftercare
    1. Provide clear aftercare instructions to optimize treatment results and ensure client satisfaction
    2. Address post-treatment concerns, including side effects or complications
    3. Conduct follow-up consultations to evaluate outcomes and recommend maintenance treatments
  4. Client Relationship Management
    1. Build trust and long-term relationships with clients through excellent communication and care
    2. Actively promote the clinic’s services and products to support client retention and satisfaction
  5. Compliance and Safety
    1. Maintain high standards of hygiene and infection control within the clinic
    2. Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and professional medical standards
    3. Keep accurate records of client treatments, including consent forms and medical documentation
  6. Continuous Learning and Industry Awareness
    1. Stay updated on the latest advancements in aesthetic medicine, including new techniques, equipment, and products
    2. Collaborate with the clinic team to introduce new services and technologies to the clinic’s offerings
  7. Business Development Support
    1. Support the clinic’s marketing efforts by participating in promotional events, social media campaigns, and client education sessions
    2. Provide input on treatment pricing, packages, and client loyalty programs
    3. Offer insights on client preferences and emerging trends to align the clinic’s services with market demand
  8. Work in hand with Manager
    1. Work together with Manager to ensure operation run smooth, manage staffs, excellent customer service and reach target
