AlfaTech Asia, based in Singapore, specializes in design, construction, and facilities management. We serve clients in aerospace, cleanrooms, semiconductors, data centers, and pharmaceuticals. We are seeking an HR personnel to be based in Malaysia to manage HR functions for our Singapore team. This is a 100% remote role, allowing you to work from home in Malaysia.
Job Description
- Onboarding
- Liaising with new hires to request required documents, entering employee data into the system, maintaining employee P-files, arranging travel (flight tickets), scheduling health checkups, initiating background checks, etc.
- Expense claim
- Reviewing and processing employee expense claim in accordance with company policy and employee entitlements
- Training
- Managing registration, payment processing, updating training record, and ensuring training certifications are properly documented
- Payroll
- Supporting payroll processing
- Providing general administrative support to the HR team and handle ad-hoc HR or admin tasks as required
Job Requirement
- Post-secondary / Diploma in any discipline
- Able to handle confidential information professionally
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word)
- Proficient in using HR systems, with experience in Timesoft considered a strong advantage.
- Knowledge of Singapore Labour Law will be considered an advantage
- Good attention to detail and organizational skills
- Team player with a positive attitude and a proactive self-starter
