Full job description
HR/Admin Roll
- Providing comprehensive HR support, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations and training
- Administering payroll, leave, and benefits processes
- Maintaining employee records and HR-related documentation
- Coordinating office administrative tasks, such as procurement, facilities management.
- Coordinating with the implementation of HR policies and procedures
Accounts Roll
- Assisting with the preparation of financial statements and reports
- Assist in the preparation of month-end and year-end closing processes
- Assist in self-billed for E-invoice
- Assist in process claim
- Providing administrative support to the accounting team as needed
- Adhering to all relevant accounting standards, policies, and procedures
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure accurate and consistent financial data
Others
- Liaise with Internal and External parties like Tax Agent, Legal, Bankers, Government authorities and etc.
- Ensure all records and documents are properly filed, labelled and kept for future references/ audit checks.
- Any other matters to be assigned from time to time by the superiors
Qualification
Candidate must possess at least Diploma or Degree or equivalence qualification
At least 2-3 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position
Good communication and interpersonal skill, meticulous, able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
Able to start immediately is an added advantage
