Overview
We are looking for an enthusiastic and organized Event Executive / Senior Event Executive to join our team.
The selected candidate will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing a variety of events, ensuring that they run seamlessly from start to finish.
You will collaborate closely with the management team and service providers to organize both local and international events, such as seminars, conferences, exhibitions, and online meetings.
Key Responsibilities
- Conceptualize, plan, and manage events, including logistics, scheduling, and vendor coordination.
- Work with cross-functional teams to ensure all event requirements are met.
- Communicate effectively with members, partners, and vendors to ensure smooth event execution.
- Assist in promoting and marketing events.
- Provide on-site support to ensure everything runs smoothly during events.
- Prepare timely reports and conduct post-event analysis.
- Support other association-related tasks as required.
Requirements:
- Experience in event planning and management. However, fresh graduates with 1-2 years of work experience are encouraged to apply.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to multitask and manage time efficiently.
- Knowledge of digital marketing is a plus.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, especially during event periods.
